The Salesians of Don Bosco is an organization that was founded by St. John Bosco. It is the second largest Catholic religious order in the world!

Our key trait which was adopted by Don Bosco is our Educative Method – The Preventive System. The Preventive System is based on three pillars: Reason, Religion, and Lovingkindness.  To learn more about the Preventive System please click here: _______________________

A Salesian’s prayer

We thank you O Lord for Don Bosco, Our Father, and Teacher
Thank you for inspiring him to minister to the young in an enthusiastic, joyful and prayerful way.
Thank you for his style and spirit of youth ministry.
Help us to make explicit proposals to the young that they may become your disciples.
Help us to challenge them to become saints.
Help us, O Lord, to make our ministries authentic Salesian Oratories where the young can find a Home that welcomes,
a Parish that evangelizes,
a School that prepares for life, and
a Playground where friends can gather.
We make this prayer through Christ, Our Good Shepherd, who lives and reigns forever and ever. Amen.
